Justice

Justice are a French electronic music duo formed in Paris in 2003, consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. They emerged as key figures in the “second wave” of the French Touch movement, blending electro house with heavy rock, disco, and indie influences—a sound that set them apart from sleeker EDM contemporaries. 

Their breakthrough came with the 2006 single “We Are Your Friends” (with Simian), followed by their debut album Cross (†) in 2007, which earned a Grammy nomination and widespread critical acclaim. Justice are known not just for music but for a strong visual identity—iconic cross imagery, intense live lighting rigs, and bold graphic design—all of which helped define their cult status in electronic music
