Chilliwack is one of Canada's most successful rock bands, emerging from Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1970 from the remnants of the psychedelic group The Collectors. Led by singer, guitarist, and principal songwriter Bill Henderson, the band evolved from progressive and psychedelic rock into a more radio-friendly rock-pop sound that produced some of the most enduring Canadian hits of the 1970s and early 1980s.
Chilliwack was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2019, recognizing a career that has spanned more than five decades.
